Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags must be intact
The product must be returned in its original packaging

We accept returns only if:

You received the wrong item

Wrong colour selection
Expectations mismatch in fabric, texture, or feel
Slight colour variation due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
Products damaged after delivery

Return Process

Include:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the issue
If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping

Refunds
Once the product passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
