  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Products are typically delivered within 1–10 days depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return your order within 1–5 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unused and in original condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 1–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not applicable on items that are damaged due to misuse or that are returned without original packaging/tags.
